In the individual 1:1 support, I offer a high-containment space to explore the unconscious patterns, relational traumas, and nervous system responses that hold you back from your natural state of sovereignty.

My work is a synergy of clinical psychology, subconscious reprogramming, and somatic wisdom. We don’t just talk about change; we create the biological and psychological conditions for it to happen.
Pillar 1: Awareness – Relational Therapy & Cognitive Re-patterning We use our authentic encounter to explore underlying psychological patterns in real-time. By creating a space of emotional resonance, we give room to everything that arises. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral elements to help you identify and restructure dysfunctional thought patterns, providing you with practical tools for your daily life.
Goal: Moving from „Victim Narrative“ to conscious self-leadership.
Pillar 2: Release – CTW-Hypnotherapy & Subconscious Work True transformation requires updating the blueprints stored in your subconscious. Through CTW-Hypnotherapy, we work with focused attention in trance to structurally change your psychological perception model. Using imagery and a sensory connection to reality, we facilitate a „software update“ for your inner system.
Goal: Resolving deep-seated blocks where cognitive talking therapy reaches its limits.
Pillar 3: Integration – Somatic Regulation & Breathwork To make change permanent, it must be anchored in your biology. We use Somatic Activation (Skeletal Grounding, Shaking, Tapping, or Therapeutic Dance) to process emotional charge and release „stuck“ survival energy. Breathwork & Holotropic techniques serve as a bridge to your body-intelligence, helping you expand your Window of Tolerance.
Goal: Moving from chronic alarm back into a flexible, regulated state of flow.

- Investment: My fee is €95 per 50-minute session.
A Note on Hypnotherapy: Sessions involving CTW-Hypnotherapy typically require more time than a standard 50-minute slot. In these cases, the investment is based on the actual duration. The benefit of this deep work is that it often requires fewer sessions at a lower frequency to achieve sustainable change.
Human-Centered Approach: It is fundamentally important to me not to „rush you out“ after exactly 50 minutes. If we are in the middle of a deep processing phase or there is an acute need for more time, we will honor the process. Your safety and the depth of the work always come first.
