Specifically, by addressing both the psyche and the nervous system, we can reprogram unconscious models of survival and return to a place of self-governance and flow. What is The Regulated State?
Most of us spend our lives in a state of ‚functional survival‚—adapted to external pressures, disconnected from our true needs, and stuck in old patterns of powerlessness.
The Regulated State is more than just feeling calm. It is a developed capacity of your nervous system and your psyche to remain present, sovereign, and self-empowered. It is the biological and psychological foundation from which you can finally choose how you want to live, instead of just reacting to how life happens to you.
